The Avatar PS-1000.1 is a compact monoblock for subwoofer duty: 480 W at 4 Ohm, 750 W at 2 Ohm and 1000 W at 1 Ohm, stable down to a one-ohm load.
Everything the low end needs is on one panel — gain, subsonic filter (10–55 Hz), low-pass filter (50–250 Hz) and a 0°–180° phase shifter — plus RCA and high-level inputs so it also works with a stock head unit. A damping factor of 300 keeps the cone under control; at 238 × 135 × 52 mm the amplifier hides almost anywhere.
