We want our customers to have a clear understanding of our return process. Please review the following terms carefully before requesting a return.

15-Day Return Period

Customers may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

Return requests submitted more than 15 calendar days after delivery will not be accepted.

Return Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in brand-new, unused condition, exactly as it was originally received.

The return must include:

• The original product packaging and boxes
• All original packaging materials
• All labels, stickers, protective films, and plastic bags
• All accessories, manuals, hardware, and other items originally included with the product

The product and its packaging must be returned complete and in the same condition in which they were originally delivered.

Standard Return — 15% Return Fee

If the returned product is in brand-new, unused condition and includes all original packaging, accessories, labels, and packaging materials, a 15% return fee will be deducted from the refund.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If Deaf Bonce provides and pays for a return shipping label, the actual cost of return shipping will also be deducted from the refund, in addition to the 15% return fee.

Alternatively, the customer may arrange and pay for return shipping independently. In this case, only the applicable 15% return fee will be deducted from the product refund.

Incomplete or Damaged Packaging — 30% Return Fee

If the product itself is returned in new and unused condition, but the original packaging is damaged, incomplete, altered, or missing, or if any original packaging materials, labels, plastic bags, protective materials, accessories, or other included items are missing, a 30% return fee will be deducted from the refund.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Used Products

Products showing signs of use, installation, wear, damage, modification, or any other condition indicating that the product is no longer brand new are not eligible for return.

If a returned product is determined to have been used, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs required to have the rejected product shipped back to them. The product will be returned only after the applicable return shipping charges have been paid.

Return Inspection and Refund

All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival. The applicable refund and return fee will be determined based on the condition of the product, packaging, accessories, and other materials received.

Any applicable return fee and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
