"Had these for a couple of weeks in full range before I got a subwoofer they hit surprisingly well for just 2 6.5s on the lows and mids. Now that I have a subwoofer I have the hpf on and they are super loud for midbass and highs."

"When I ordered these had no idea what to expect. I originally had them straight off the head unit and they sounded decent. Then I wired up the Avatar 500.4 amp (90watts x 4 @ 4ohm) I had ordered with the 6.5 Black Hydra components. These speakers came to life in my front doors. They are loud, clear and have enough bass that you can feel it. The doors are also deadened and have fast rings on the 6.5’s. I’m really impressed with how good these sound and especially for the price. The speakers were less than $40 and the amp was around $80. I ordered a set of 6.5 Machete components the the back doors but haven’t finished the back doors yet or even hooked up the subs."

"Great sound for the price."

"Listen I have more to say! If a person throws these in and expects a miracle! sure not going to happen! If like me you amp them up with clean power from a good amp and you tune said amp crossovers with a properly set gain and have a well treated area where you install them then EQ them correctly and dont exceed their power handling they will shine with clarity and detail. Now I dont know about the tweeters I have never connected them I use a very high end tweeter and a different Xover system. And they have detail that sings to my ears for my rear fill."

"I took a chance and ordered these just to see how they were and I removed my Focal and I was extremely impressed 35. 00 and sound better than my Focals That cost 20 times the money! I have them running with my focal mids and Seas tweeters with focal passive xovers. Love them so much I walked strait into my house and ordered the next level up set. Nice bass and mids. I just wish Def Bonce offered a 3 way component set."
