At DeepSound Car Audio Inc., customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:
- A return request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, hardware, and documentation.
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, customers must contact DeepSound Car Audio Inc. to obtain return authorization and return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays in processing or may be refused.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and approved by our inspection team.
- Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged by the customer.
- Products returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or included components.
- Special-order or custom-order products.
- Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items.
- Products that show signs of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair attempts.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of all packaging materials
- A description of the issue
Claims submitted more than 15 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or warranty consideration.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable, any return shipping fees, carrier charges, or other related costs incurred by DeepSound Car Audio Inc. will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping Risk
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packaged and shipped.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. DeepSound Car Audio Inc. is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit back to our facility.
