Thank you for shopping with DeepSound Car Audio Inc. We are committed to providing reliable shipping and excellent customer service. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.
Shipping charges for orders under $100 will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 4:00 PM EDT (UTC-04:00) on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EDT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
While we strive to meet these processing times, occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. Domestic Transit Time
Most domestic shipments are delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Delays
DeepSound Car Audio Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can modify the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
DeepSound Car Audio Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
7. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
Customers should also check with household members, neighbors, building management, or other individuals who may have accepted the package.
DeepSound Car Audio Inc. is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.
9. Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, you must notify us within 15 days of delivery.
To process a damage claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of all packaging materials
All original packaging, shipping materials, and damaged products must be retained until the claim process has been completed.
Claims submitted more than 15 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable, any return shipping fees, carrier charges, or other related costs incurred by DeepSound Car Audio Inc. will be deducted from the refund amount.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined below.
12. Returns Due to Change of Mind
DeepSound Car Audio Inc. accepts returns due to change of mind under the following conditions:
- A return request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and approved by our inspection team.
13. International Shipping
At this time, DeepSound Car Audio Inc. ships only within the United States unless otherwise specified.
14. Limitation of Liability
DeepSound Car Audio Inc. shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or failures to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, or carrier service disruptions.
